Images and documents

Files selected in GetResizer are processed locally in the browser. GetResizer does not upload, store or receive the contents of those files. Closing or refreshing the page clears the in-memory editing session.

Local preferences

The site stores the selected light or dark theme in browser local storage. This preference is used only to restore the interface appearance.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 helps GetResizer understand aggregate page and tool usage. GetResizer may send the selected tool, file count, processing completion and download actions, but never sends selected files, file names, image contents, colors or image metadata. Google may process device information, IP-derived location, page activity, cookies or similar identifiers according to the user’s consent choices. Google Consent Mode defaults optional storage to denied and integrates with the site’s Google-certified consent platform.

Advertising

When advertising is enabled, Google AdSense and its partners may process device information, IP addresses, page activity, cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, limit, measure and protect advertising. Where required, users are shown privacy choices through a Google-certified Consent Management Platform before personalized advertising is used.

Your choices

Users can accept, reject or manage advertising purposes through the consent message presented on the public site where required. Browser controls can also remove cookies and local storage. Rejecting personalized advertising does not affect the image tools.

Third-party information

Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Retention and security

GetResizer does not retain selected image files. Google Analytics and advertising providers retain collected service data under their own policies and configured retention settings. The production site should be served exclusively over HTTPS.

Changes

This policy may change when features, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
