Using the service

GetResizer provides browser-based image and document processing tools. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to process and export the files they select and for complying with applicable law.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or automate abusive traffic.

Your files

Selected files remain on the device during normal use and are not uploaded to GetResizer. Users remain responsible for their files and exported results. Keeping an original backup is recommended.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Browser support, output formats and processing limits may change. No guarantee is made that a result is suitable for a particular professional, archival or legal purpose.

Advertising

The public site may contain advertising supplied by third parties. Advertisements do not constitute GetResizer’s endorsement of the advertised products or services.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after publication of revised terms means the revised terms apply to future use.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where a user lives. GetResizer is operated by Andrey Zhurba. Legal questions can be sent to andrej.zhurba@gmail.com.
