Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026. This policy explains how GetResizer handles files, usage data, cookies, and support messages.

Files you process. Core resizing, cropping, compression, color-picking, and conversion operations run in your browser. The selected files are not uploaded to GetResizer for those operations, and GetResizer does not keep copies of them. Browser memory and local storage may hold temporary working data on your device until you finish, remove the files, or clear site data.

Analytics. Google Analytics may collect usage information such as the pages visited, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser and device type, and interaction events. GetResizer loads analytics only after you accept the site's cookie choice. Analytics is used to understand reliability and improve the interface; it is not required for the image tools to work.

Advertising. If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to deliver and measure ads. Advertising code is kept separate from local file processing and does not receive the image files selected in a tool. Consent and cookies. You can accept or reject optional analytics and advertising from the consent notice and reopen the choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Necessary browser storage may still be used for security, preferences, and tool state. Clearing site data in your browser removes locally stored preferences and temporary tool data.

Support messages. If you contact support, GetResizer receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, page URL, browser details, and description of the problem. Do not send confidential source files. Messages are used to answer the request and diagnose the reported issue.

Retention and your choices. GetResizer does not set a separate retention period for Google-held analytics or advertising data; those services process data under their own policies and configured controls. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held directly by GetResizer.
